There are various means to keep our bodies healthy. One such method is doing physically demanding activities like hiking, walking, jogging, cycling and even going to the gym. Another exampleto maintain your health is by avoiding vices like smoking and taking and doing illegal drugs. These contain chemicals that can harmful to the body. Lastly, enough rest and healthy diet can also help keep you healthy. Other than those mentioned, some people would also add dietary supplements to help enhance their health; some would take herbal supplements, while others would prefer it the natural way by taking herbal teas. Because unlike herbal supplements, that are usually in capsule or tablet form, teas are dried leaves of herbal plants placed in a tea bag. On top of this, there are different types of tea you can select from.

If we refer to herbal tea, what we usually think of is green tea. Althoughthere is nothing wrong in doing this, we have to remember that green tea is not the only herbal tea in the market. Indeed green tea is the most common tea used by most of us. However, it wont hurt if we get to know other types of tea like ginger tea which came from dried ginger root; ginseng tea, which is a very famous tea in China and Korea, lemon grass tea and others. If you want to know more about the different types of tea you can search it on the net or read books about it.
